We travel to digest what words cannot express, nature's beauty tends to be less subjective than what is manmade. Thus it is better to see for yourself though I will convey my joy of the sand dunes curving against the backdrop of the rugged mountainous...More

Sensational .Dunes everywhere . Best beach we have been on and yes ...get your clothes off and enjoy the sun , naked people everywhere . Sea warm and safe in many places ....plenty of life guards near the 2 big hotels.

I love peaceful walks more than anything else and this was the perfect place for me. We went there once early in the morning and there was just us, clear blue sea and this stunning beach.

If you come to Fuerte for a visit, you must visit the sand dunes in parque natural at Corralejo. Miles and miles of fine golden sand, stunning view of the volcano behind and the nearby Lobos island. You can also see lanzarote from here. Lots...More

the beach here is well worth a visit. the sea was clear and warm if alittle rocky in places. The little built wind breaks are a lovely touch from the locals. but i imagine you have to get there early to get one.

The beaches of Corralejo are just breathtaking, the soft sand , crystal clear blue sea , what more could you ask for? You may come across a few goats traveling up the beach.

I visited the beach in November, so there were not a lot of people. This beach is a perfect place to just enjoy, read a good book and listen to the waves. It's that simple! ;)

Hi All, I am going to Corralejo in October. a few things id like to know if you can help. 1. Beaches with calmest waters, least windy with nice sand? 2. What's the chances of car damage when driving to Cofete? 3. can I hire a jet ski? 4. where abouts are the nudist beaches? 5. are there skarks around canary islands? thanks :D

Hi, Nudist beaches... In theory (perhaps) you can be nude on any beach, but if you try that in a built up area then you will get hassled. Nudity is allowed on pretty much any beach outside of built up areas, so the question... More
I actually live in Tenerife but having never visited Fuerteventura I am planning a trip for Easter for myself, partner and 18 year old son. Which resort would you recommend? Looking for lovely beaches and a fairly lively town with good restaurants. .Cheers.
