Gianadda always has the most interesting ehibitions in this part of Switzerland. Always changing the exhibitions as well as having a fabulous stading vehicle exhibition.

We visited to see the Picasso exhibition, but there is also a car museum in the basement as well as the opportunity to walk in the gardens and admire the statues. The gardens are open all year round. Sometimes you can find special ticket offers online for advance purchase. Parking is adjacent and free of charge. Recommended!

I loved the old Roman artifacts that had been found in excavations of the city. The gardens with a wide variety of sculpture were quite enjoyable and relaxing.

Happily here and ran into this museum - worth every minute. Old Roman ruins, auto museum and art museum rolled onto one. Plus sculptures and food/coffees out the back. We were pleasantly pleased.

What a wonderful place away from a big city. The Picasso Exhibition, a tribute to his late work, is a must see event. The exhibition is a tribute to Jacqueline Picasso, but don't miss the ceramic works. There are more than 110 pieces from many museums as well as the artist's family. There are also continueing exhibitions. Upstairs documents many... More

We visited the Pierre Gianadda museum on Tuesday and the Picasso exhibit was wonderful. In addition, it is well worthwhile to go downstairs to see their marvelous car collection. I understand that they will have the Picasso exhibit through November.

The current exhibition is Picasso. Monet and Munch will replace it next February. The website is not updated anyway. Btw, all artwork description, video, and even notices and signs are in French only.

The place is fantastic - it's rich in history and culture and has excellent hand-picked exhibitions. The Picasso one which is on till November 2016 is just fantastic. It has a great theme and covers the subject of the artist and his model by presenting a great range of Picasso's chef-d-oeuvres. The gardens are worth a visit too.

If you are in Martingy do go see the Picasso exhibit. Fantastic. It represented the period when he had married Jacqueline.
