Ook heeft Klimbos Garderen het hoogste klimparcours van Nederland, op wel 25 meter hoogte! Je kan in 2,5 uur tijd gebruik maken van verschillende klimparcoursen. Klimbos Garderen is bedoeld voor jong en oud. Je mag al komen klimmen als je 1,20 meter bent en lichter bent dan 120 kg. Ook voor de kleine avonturiers hebben wij een speciaal parcours, het Netventure parcours. Dit is een nettenparcours voor kinderen vanaf 4 jaar.

Poor value for money.

The slot from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM is NOT a 2.5 hour climb.
Instruction takes more than 30 minutes. due to late start, large groups and only 1 instructor and only 1 instructional practice course. With a group of 23 people, you have been waiting for each other for 35 minutes!
Subsequently, all tracks close at 5:45 PM, to ensure that everyone is actually off the site by 6:00 PM. Less than 1 hour 45 minutes of climbing with 12 people for more than €250.
Commerce comes first for this company and not the customer's joy of climbing. Very unfortunate, because the tracks are cool.

Paid parking (in Garderen!?) and not cheap too. Then check in with a computer yourself. Almost 100 euros for 2 adults and 2 children for 2.5h. There are also service costs. No idea what service.
Then you may stand in a square box between fences waiting until you are allowed to hear the mandatory explanation of a communicatively limited adolescent.
With 20 at a time you can go through the fence to the next square where you get a harness. Then on to the mandatory practice range. All 20 of you have to go over one single track before you can continue on the course. In itself of course fine. Except that you spend all together 42 minutes before you can actually climb. Meanwhile, the communicatively impaired adolescent looks uninterested and slouchy while he is very busy with his phone. Because of course TikTok and Instagram also have to be kept up during work. Then on the course, great courses, nicely made and well maintained. Nothing wrong with that, except that they allow so many people that traffic jams occur and you are in for a lot. All in all nice but very expensive when you consider that you have spent at least half of the paid 2.5 hours waiting. Waiting until you're allowed in, waiting until you're allowed to put on a harness. Waiting for a far too long explanation process and then waiting in the trees because it is far too busy.

Very disappointed in my recent experience with Klimbos Garderen. I made an honest mistake when booking, which was partly caused by a misleading advertisement. Instead of understanding and an attempt at compromise, I received a rigid and unyielding response. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. I recommend being careful when booking and checking well because if you make a mistake they don't offer any kind of flexibility or understanding. Very unfortunate for such a potentially fun activity.

Great park, just very poor service. A couple in our group had a blown tire in front of the park. When I asked if they could get a refund or come another time, the answer was immediately "no" even though it was very quiet and they had gone to look at the car themselves. So ridiculous.

Don't ever book in advance: any risks are all yours, they wont't move your reservation in case you are unable to come. One day before the reservation, my daughter had fallen badly and was unable to climb. They refused to cancel or move the reservation, happily hiding behind the terms and conditions. Customer-friendliness of zero.

Our son's children's party. With 5 boys aged 9-10 years old and think they are fantastic and enjoy it. We previously reserved an incorrect date and quickly emailed to reserve the correct date. Was no problem and thank you!

I start this post by stating that I have never posted a review and that I did not expect to ever do so, but the customer service is so poor that I feel compelled to.
I looked for Klimbos Veluwe via Google because I have been there before with some friends and we really enjoyed it. However, it appears that a reservation was made in Klimbos Garderen due to a misleading advertisement. Which was not the intention at all. I only found out when we were at the counter of the Klimbos where I thought I had made a reservation and they did not know my reservation.
I showed them the process of making a reservation and they said this happens often. (They even have a standard form to declare that you feel misled. They advised me to contact Klimbos Garderen. I got Levi on the phone and I was still at the counter of Klimbos Veluwe and it was 3:20 PM, his The solution was to join Garderen at 3:30 PM. It was just a 10-minute walk back to the car, so we would never have made it, Levi understood that and therefore advised me to call back the next day when someone from the office was present. to solve the problem with me.
Today, the next day, I called them and got a girl on the phone who, in short, thought I should have looked closer and just accepted that I had lost my money. She said I could have come at 3:30 and join later, I explained that is not what Levi said. I didn't get the feeling that there was any kind of understanding for the situation.

Due to injuries, we as parents could only do the zipline course. Nice, we thought we could go together with the children. Upon arrival, this track turned out to be closed all day. Our children were able to climb the other courses, but we were unable to do so. We immediately reported this on the spot, but were then told that they never give money back. Even after contacting the head office, this remained the message. After insistence, two vouchers were made available, but I think that is a farce. As if we as parents would come back again (an hour and a half drive) to still climb... And of course we are not going to pay 75 euros again for 3 tickets for children. It's really a shame that more customization isn't done. It's a fun climbing course and it would be nice if they kept a more human scale.

Nice routes and friendly staff. Sufficient explanation at the beginning. However, when strumming, it is far too easy to make mistakes because you do not have your own strumming device. For example, if you are not careful, you could easily come to a standstill and even if you are too fast and the person in front is too slow, you could collide with each other because you pull the person in front back onto the cable. We were even warned about this.
Maintenance of the routes also leaves much to be desired. And the fuse cable crosses the routes far too often, even though that usually shouldn't have been necessary. Then you have to go under it (with or without bending over) while you are in the middle of an element.

Beautifully maintained climbing forest. Unfortunately, they are not cooperative and customer-friendly. We had a reservation, but our car broke down, making it impossible to arrive on time. By grace we were able to arrive a little later on the same day. To book to another day was impossible. We were reminded of the conditions that the customer agrees to when booking. Too bad missed opportunity!
