Kidspace is an award winning indoor adventure park, described by The Metro newspaper as 'Simply put, the Rolls-Royce of children's play centres.' It remains a cut above the competition thanks to its enormous play frame, inclusive Go-Karts, sky trail, new climbing zone, toddler area and Thunderball City. Chuck in a load more cargo nets, rope bridges, tunnels, vertical mazes, exciting slides and cannons galore and you have a recipe for hours of fun and exercise in disguise. Mum and dad can join in too or sit back with a coffee in the spacious seating areas. It is also well known for its fantastic range of parties which include Laser Tag and its deluxe range.

Having a young child who needs entertaining all the time, we've been to all the indoor play areas within about an hour drive of our house. Kidspace is definitely one of the best. It's a bit expensive today get in, but I think you definitely get greatly value for money. The go-karts are a great touch, and the sky trail... More

Good fun for kids but considering adults paying too - there should be sockets for phone, laptops available. Firstly I was said by bar people that I was OK to use the socket by the table. Then the power was off.... When I approached bar team, the girl started saying something about safety. Then these sockets should not be there... More

Being a children's play centre we have to take health and safety as our top priority and every appliance we use has to be tested by law to make sure it is not a fire risk under the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. We certainly do not want to sound like we are being awkward as we know it's frustrating... More

I have visited Kidspace in Romford for the past six years. Over the years I have noticed that more sitting space has been created for parents yet children play area remain the same in size. The volume of young children who use this indoor play area has also exponentially increased in the same period. My main concern is that in... More

Our capacity is governed by Fire Regulations and therefore has not changed, although we have introduced more seating as you state. The decision to introduce more tables and chairs was a direct result of customer feedback. The price for over 3s has just increased this year, but we have invested heavily in new facilities including our new climbing zone complete... More

So many soft play centres that I have taken my children too, appeared to be very unclean. However this place is huge and clean. It offers so much fun play for the kids including go kart, mountain climbing, zip line walking (unsure of the correct term, just escaped my mind) and what is more the food they serve is also... Thank you for such a great review, and particularly for mentioning the cleanliness of our site. We do work hard to keep it spotless (sometimes it's hard when we have a full house) but we appreciate this is extremely important to parents, and to Kidspace's managers and owners too. We look forward to you visiting again hopefully! More

It's a great place to take your toddler I took my 16 month old and she adored it. Go in the morning to avoid business.

We haven't been to kidspace for a very long time after experiencing it as expensive and busy before. However, we decided to give the kids a treat on a wet Wednesday late afternoon. It was pleasantly quiet so my daughters had a really good run around and play and a ride on the go karts. We found the staff to... More

I have been bringing my two children aged 9 and 7 to kidspace for several years, I've always thought it expensive compared to other local play centres but generally the quality of the place justifies the spend. Not today. Hot drinks now served in paper cups rather than ceramic. Food running out. Older kids running riot in toddler area. Tables... More
