We had a nice hike to the Bubbly pools and had beautiful views from on top of the rocks. It was cool to watch the swells coming in and breaking over the rocks. Definitely worth it. So was Foxy's Taboo.

Got to via a path passed Foxy's Taboo this is an interesting pool best visited at high tide. Rocky terrain so wear sensible shoes and not flip flops. Watch out for the poisonous trees.... there are plenty of signs but best avoid this walk if raining or if just rained.

We had some local friends introduce us to the Bubbly Pool and it was beautiful! A great locale for some great action photos. Secluded, as it takes a little hike to reach it.... but worth the easy walk to get there. Be sure to wear shoes as the path is rocky and uneven. Don't touch the poisonous trees on the... More

After reading all the reviews we had to go. It is a little bit of a hike, but worth it. There was a handful of people there. The waves were pretty big and luckily the tide was coming in. I could feel the undertow pushing me to shore. I just loved watching the water come in. It isn't very big,... More

Be sure the surf is up. Check the reef between Jost Van Dyke and Little Jost Van Dyke before you go; if the waves are crashing on the reef then it is a good time to go. The hike to the pool is short and easy and well marked.

Went for a hike to the bubbly pool yesterday. We were a little nervous because we had never been. It's actually a pretty simple hike. Just follow the blue arrows. It takes about 15 minutes. We accidentally took a wrong turn and ended up,doing a Little Rock climbing but the views were great! We stayed for about 15 minutes, cooled... More

Let the Atlantic lift you up as it pores into and out of the bubbly pool! The hike from Foxy's Taboo is well worth it. Caution, if water is spraying up on the rocks above the pool, don't climb on the rocks! Someone fell last year (2016). Overall, very friendly for kids of all ages and fun!

A great little hike with goats and we saw a few juvenile sharks. Watch out for the cactuses if your wearing sandals. The view at the top is awesome.

This was, by far, one of the best parts of our week in the BVIs. It is a little bit of a hike from the eastern edge of Jost Van Dyke but you can fill up afterwards with lunch at Foxy Taboo. The water feature in this location is really cool to see (and feel)! The waves crash through a... More
