The park offers solitude and an afternoon of relaxation amid a busy life that people put up with in a large metropolis. It got nice sceneries with hiking and boating facilities that would certainly reinvigorate oneself. The park is easily accessible too.

Lake Fairfax Park has a pretty good set of single track mountain bike trails. They are generally well maintained. I don't know exactly how many loops there are, but I have ridden at least three of the interconnecting loops. You can enter the park from...More

Lake Fairfax Park is a beautiful view and very relaxing for those seeking an outdoor quiet place. For those looking to get a good walk in, look elsewhere, though. The paved trail is very short, and the unpaved trail is not very clear. Also, there...More

This is a really lovely place, look online and see what activities might suit your fancy: swimming at the water mine pool, boating or fishing in the lake, Merry-Go-Round, camping, picnic areas. Check the hours and prices for each activity. Located next door to Reston...More

We stayed at Lake Fairfax Park while visiting relatives who live nearby. The RV camping area was not fancy, but it was a great location for us. The Skatepark looked pretty cool and was not especially busy while we were there. The lakefront was busier,...More
