When I was at the factory mall, I did not see any pets on leashes there. If the dog is a service dog obviously you can bring your pet but that something that you would need to call them to ask.

I asked when we were there and I believe they vary depending on the size of the booth. Sorry.. don't remember how much it is per sq foot.
