I hate sharing this, because it will just mean a lot more people will discover the best secret in Virginia Beach. Have fun.

Not wanting to pay to park in Virginia Beach, a local told us about Chic's Beach. Parking was free, just be mindful of the people who live there. They are friendly, until you make them mad. The local police patrol so be prepared to have...More

Had a great pre-father’s day family dinner. Food was good, service was great. Live entertainment outside was a plus as well. They accommodated our party of 8 in under the original 45 minute wait time, which was great. Would definitely go again. Thanks Hilton Garden...More

Absolutely loved this beach. We got there about 9:30 and were able to find parking easily. The beach was pretty empty at that time, and it was just so perfect! By noon it had gotten more crowded, but it was still so much nicer than...More

This beach is on the Bay side, where the Bay Bridge-Tunnel begins. The downside is the noise from the highway. But the beach is absolutely wonderful. Parking is VERY limited.

When I lived in Virginia Beach and later in the Ocean View neighborhood of Norfolk, I used to go quite frequently to Chicks Beach. It's on the Chesapeake Bay so the water is nice & calm. It was really nice stretch out on a beach...More

Beautiful beach, local feel, great place to run. Overlooks the Chesapeake bay and the waters are usually calm. Great place to paddle board.

There are a few restaurants near by that may allow you to use there's. And there may be a couple porta potties by the place on the beach. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Lots of street parking. Go down spinnaker or ketch ct and park on the street. Then walk down public beach access.

No, you can see them in the distance from the oceanfront but the view is just OK.
