We went to the aquarium because it was pouring. The price was about what we'd expected. The exhibits were great and informative. We loved watching the rays, fish, and sharks. Good place to spend a half of a day.

There is a parking lot adjacent to the Virginia Aquarium, and an additional lot just across the street. Parking is free.

It's very nice for children, there is a path to walk so you don't miss anything
