I was at this amazing museum for a colleague's wedding, so experience may be different from a normal visitor. The collection of aircraft is outstanding, and was very nice to be able to get so close to the FW190 and Mosquito for example.

Viewed military aircrafts from World War I and World War II, in three aircraft hangers, and an outside viewing area adjacent to the 5,000 foot grass landing field. The volunteer staff were informative, and provided accounts of the aircrafts history and military use. I would recommend for any aviation buff.

We went a while ago but hope to return with my parents who are visiting soon. This place is amazing and so well kept up. Such a great place to go if you wish to step back in time or if you love seeing really cool old planes that have been around for years. The tour we went on was... More

One of the best selections of vintage aircraft kept in flying condition that you will ever see. Local guides knew what they were talking about, not always the case in some museums.

If you want to teach your kids about planes flown in past wars, this is better then any that I have seen in my lifetime (80)...All of these planes have been restored and most can fly...Fascinating day and it done right, most of day... They have retired pilots that act as guides and they are excited about there work...They have... More

Thanks, Lawrence! We're delighted that you had a great time at our museum. A lot of your comments were about the kids, so let's make sure everyone knows that there is a dinosaur park and picnic area here that is totally free! Bring you lunch, play our dinosaur game, and enjoy th museum! Cheers More

We came down from D.C. for their annual Warbirds Over the Beach air show in May. Despite some lousy weather, we had a great time. The best part was being able to get “up close and personal” with a lot of classic warbirds. This is one of the few places that you can just walk around the planes without being... More

My husband loves military planes. This privately-owned museum was off the beaten path, but well worth the drive. Could not believe that most, if not all, of the planes are still flyable and could not imagine the size of this collection. We had a very knowledgeable guide and got an up-close tour of the planes. Also, they were setting up... More

A great museum with plenty of planes from some of the World's biggest wars. They have planes from several countries in their collection. The staff at the museum is very warm and friendly; it is a great atmosphere and attraction for anyone into military aviation.
