I have been in VB for work for about 6 weeks from September of 2018. There seems to be something going on all the time at the park. Great place to sit and watch people or relax. Music shell and other activities all year round.

Neptune’s statue has been moved closer to the sea and placed on a beautiful ornate pedestal. The area in front is being converted to an entertainment park with public restroom facilities. It is tastefully done and a popular free attraction.
