My family and I went to the Co-ed family time slot and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The water was nice and warm and very clear. The waterfall massage was a wonderful surprise. I loved it and so glad we got to experience our time here. I...More

Relaxing! This was amazing!! I loved being in a structure that was constructed in 1761. The old warped wood and surroundings tell a story. I visited the men's pool during the family co-ed swim! The water was crystal clear and warm. The water induced massage...More

On our camping trip to lake Moomaw we decided to stop into the Jefferson Pools to "the the waters". As I am into history the pools are very interesting. They are nothing fancy or elaborate but they have been going since 1761. Starting in 2017...More

Went back to the Jefferson Pools and was highly disappointed in the changes. You now need a reservation in order to soak. No cash is accepted-only credit card/check if you are local. They will not let you into the building until its your time to...More

The Omni Hotels in Hot Springs now own these historic pools, so I hope they will invest in some much needed restoration. It was a chilly rainy day when we visited, so the warmth of the pools were very welcome. Note: Arrive before 2pm if...More

When we first drove up, we were shocked that it looked so run down. Of course it is an old, historic structure. The woman in the lobby was very informative. She told us about the structure and the water. We took a relaxing soak during...More

It's expensive and the buildings are "run down" (I use quotes because the buildings are very historic and well-worth it!!). The spring itself is really worth the 1hr soak. You feel so good when you're done. We went at family time and it's crowded and...More

These 200+ year old natural hot spring pools are straight out of the 1800s - literally. Renovations are starting tomorrow but we were lucky enough to experience the originals - complete with peeling paint and drafty dressing rooms. If you are expecting a high end...More

I've heard about the Jefferson Pools for many years from my mother who stayed at the historic Homestead, which is now owned by Omni Hotels & Resorts, on her honeymoon with my father in the late forties. She made me promise to visit the Pools...More

Thank you for all the information. As of the October 3, 2016 date, what will the days and hours of availability of the Springs be? Are the shuttles from the hotel still running hourly? Do I need an appointment? Who do I call, if an appt is needed? Is the cost added to room charges? Is this a public sight? Can I book an appointment before my reservation at the hotel starts? If so, should I plan to drive or catch a shuttle? Thank you so very much!
