We stayed overnight here a few weeks ago & the staff was amazing. Everyone was extremely polite & friendly. But I have to say there were 3 ladies that stood out above and beyond exceptional. Two of these ladies names were both Patricia. They made...More

I traveled with my special needs teenager. We chose the dates with a special promotion and got a very nice room with a fireplace and private jacuzzi. The water park is nice but note that it is very small. While it is nice, I would...More

Booked as Christmas gift for daughters family. View from balcony is a dumpster and now trying to sleep with trucks backing up making noise. Website stated newly renovated not ongoing construction.

Our first time here and wow! We had a great two night stay. Super friendly stuff, our room was awesome. Plenty of room for all four of us... Water park was a Blast! Can't say enough about this place. We will be back for sure

1. Had so much fun watching my children enjoy their independence, running free in the hotel, playing games and going swimming and shopping all on their own. There's so much to do for kids 14 and under, in a safe environment. 2. Been so happy...More

Took grandkids here this past weekend. After paying what we thought were high prices - $700 for the room (we found the same room online for $240) and then having to pay a $35 resort fee on top of this! After finally getting into the...More

I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Ben the lifeguard! He reminds me of a military retiree and has a huge heart! At the Wolf Rider Wipeout he took time with each child to teach them what to do so they can...More

Not sure on a specific holiday. My guess is it would be booked. However, one of the things we liked about GWL was only guests who stay at the hotel are allowed to use the facilities. We found the crowds to be quite... More
