Following the south western shore of Bainbridge Island this park offers a nice walking/biking trail for young and old. There are plenty of picnic tables for dining alfresco. A public boat launch, a fair amount of parking, restroom facilities and a bit of WWII history...More

We drove to the upper parking lot on a weekday in July and there was only one other car. Very quiet. It's a big parking lot so I imagine that it can get a lot busier. We hiked dirt trails in the upper part of...More

Didn't make it too far down the bath, but it's fun to go exploring on the rocky beach. Could make for a good sunset.

This uncrowded park is a great place to walk. The forest is majestic, the water (and passing ferries) close by, and her is a great view of Rainier!

Well maintained level walking trail along water inlet. Dog friendly on leach. Not advertised on through streets in Bainbridge but you can locate on web search. A little parking available and a place to put small boat in water. Nice quiet shaded walk along water.
