I assisted the park ranger in her eaglets bluff trail walk on a clear and warm Saturday. We were joined by Pat, whose mission is to document the local eagle parents and offspring via her camera shots which were generously shared with the adults and children who joined us. This activity is part of what makes Cama so special for... More

Nice cabins. With lots of space and all you need for a weekend get away. Cabins are a little to close for much privacy though. And only certain ones available if you have pets. Otherwise a great place to go with family or friends. Would defiantly go again! Nice little restaurant up the hill that served great food and desert!

We and our friends stayed in deluxe cabins #38 and adjacent #40 at Cama Beach in May 2017. #40 is roomier and right next to a seasonal creek at the southern end of the row of cabins. Both have nice views, indoor plumbing with on-demand hot water, reasonably-sized refrigerator/freezers for short stays, average-size microwave ovens, and small coffee makers. The... More

This is a State Park which is ideal for families. There are huts with various amenities, a store, horse shoe game; BBQ stands and three fire pits. You can hire a boat, or a rowing boat for fishing and there are classes for children on woodwork. Most of the huts are on the edge of Puget Sound and the views... More

Busted Camano Island and had to visit this State Park. The information I read didn't give it justice. There are quite a number of cabins available right on the beach. From sleeping only with a clean, public restroom with showers and toilets for men and women and cabins with restrooms. Bring your own bar-b-que and food or use their wood... More

Stayed at a cabin with restroom. The public restroom/shower is very clean. Kids enjoyed riding their bikes around, hiking, playing along the beach, and building wooden boats at the center of wooden boats. Fire pits and bbq pits spread out around the camp site. We gathered our stuff to use them as they are not assigned per space, can't cook... More

Took out of town relatives with 3 small children for a picnic and hike. The kids had a wonderful time, lots of interactive things to do and the park rangers always have something fun and interesting going on. You will love this park

We stayed in a cabin for a wedding in the state park. The park is very beautiful, the cabins are very basic (bring your own sheets, no running water in cabin) The cabins do come with a small fridge a microwave and heating. Sleeping on a thin plastic covered mattress is not for everyone.
