My husband and I decided to stop by this little micro brewery on our way to Yakima for a high school sporting competition. I thought the atmostphere was a cross between country and rock and roll. I liked it. It was a nice sunny day so we decided to sit by the window. I had the IPA and my husband... More

Fell in love with the Irish Death beer while in Bellingham. Driving home we saw the sign for the brewery, so stopped for lunch...not kid friendly! Husband later went to fill a growler before we left and he was unimpressed with the staff working and said they were a bit on the unfriendly side.

I have been a fan of their Irish Death and Mocha Death, so I couldn't think of a better place to stop on a Business trip tonight. We started with their sampler. I was impressed by a Wheat Ginger beer I had not tried. Nice flavor, not overly sweet. Love the Cozy Sweater beer too! Their menu is NOT the... More

This was one of our favorite places to stop in Ellensburg. It has an outside patio where they would allow you to enjoy a beer with your dog. They have added food now, and can no longer be dog friendly...... So sad for us because we usually visit in the summer and because it is no longer dog friendly wee... More

I had been looking forward to stopping because I had experienced their beer in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho! The food was a welcome surprise. We had their beer cheese soup which was excellent! We also had sloppy joes which were above average. The IPA and the Hefe were delicious! The service- excellent!

A perfect stop for lunch of dinner. We stop when we travel but would happily make the 3 hour trek for a weekend lunch or dinner. All food is local so it is fresh and unique. We indulged in appetizers, dinner and dessert. It was fabulous!!

We are Ellensburg locals and love to go down here and have some beers on a Friday night. They recently added food which is also amazing. Their meat and cheese platter has a lot of local favorites and is quite good. The Iron Horse also has some great events. They host trivia night which rotates through local bars weekly on... More

I have to be honest. One of the reasons I like this place is that Iron Horse supports Northwest Public Radio. Another is that Irish Death is my favorite beer. Yesterday we were driving by Ellensburg on our way back from a trip to Canada and had to stop in. We had high expectations, but they were met. This place... More
