Before I drove to Everett I read about Howarth Park on TripAdvisor. I am happy I did because the views were phenomenal! The park itself is located in a nice neighborhood, and is very responsibly frequented by people and their dogs, families and picnickers.

I love this park. It is so nice at sunset and it is so open that a lot of people can be there but you don't feel to close

Nice to walk down to the beach. the spiral staircase is fun and a great view from the top, can hear seals barking, dogs have an off leash area, and when the tide is out it is fun to look for little crabs.

This park is nice, looks like the main trail is shut down. It was boarded up my list visit but on a visit a year prior it was a great trip!
