I debated walking the almost mile down the path to the beach but it was Well Worth It!! Bad back and arthritis didn't stop us and I'm glad! WOW!! Beautiful!! Just be careful climbing over the downed trees, sand makes them a bit slippery! ENJOY!

So I proposed to my fiancé here..so I'm biased that it's a beautiful beach. But it is...secluded on the coast and simply beautiful- must stop but please respect the locals and enjoy the visit and leave footprints only

This is a small town with some good views along the beach. There's the main La Push beach and a good view point near the river where the breakwater is.

Pretty sure you can't beach camp. However, the tented area is right next to it. You can have fires on the beach if you get a special permit from the resort - I think it's $5/night. They also sell firewood. They don't advise... More
