I needed a couple specific wines that I knew from their website were available there, and I had a limited amount of time. They let me taste just the two I was interested in, providing separate glasses to help me taste differences. They also told me about a huge bargain on shipping that ends at the end of the month... Our first visit here was about 6 years ago and we really liked the wines. This year's visit didn't impress us. I'm not sure if their wines have changed or if our tastes in wine have changed.

The old schoolhouse setting v is really cool! Chalkboard bar and old bookcases lining the wall. Wine is fantastic, too. Don't forget to ride g the schoolhouse Bell on the way in!

Stopped in on a whim at this winery in a converted school house. The young lady behind the bar, I'll call her Ms S, was very nice and informative. Tasted some very nice wine and took some home with us. A must stop when in Walla Walla.

The wine was just okay, the gentleman working was very pretentious. No need to return. Found much better wine and friendlier service at several other wineries in Walla Walla.

The tour and tasting here is a step above just visiting a tasting room. The tour leader was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and had a sense of humor. He explained how the different grapes are grown and what to expect when you taste the wine. The school house itself is interesting as is its history. The tour of... More

L'ecole is an old school house. They have done a great job maintaining the schoolhouse charm. The wine selection includes both whites and reds. Being the day before Halloween, they paired the wines with candy and chocolate, which was a nice change from other wineries in the area. They also have a nice gift area. Several in our group purchased... More

Of the many tours/tastings we did in the area, this was the best. The old schoolhouse provided a very peasant tasting room setting. The person doing the tasting provided a wealth of information about the area, the history, the various terroir and micro climates that make it possible to grow so many grape varietals. The wines were very good.
