My husband and I took a weekend fishing trip to the Columbia and got rained out, so with no fishing available we decided to check out the winery. OMG! I fell in love. We decided to do a wine tasting. We ended up signing up for the Wine Club. This is some of the BEST wine by leaps and bounds.... More

Columbia Crest is a little out of the way, but if you are traveling the Washington side of the Columbia, take the time to stop in and taste a few wines. It has a beautiful entry and the staff is friendly. Take the tour of the facility. There is a variety of good quality wines to taste and purchase.

The ladies in the tasting room really want you to know what you are drinking and the differences between the varietals! Very refreshing to have a smiling friendly staff when visiting a winery. Not stuffy like most we have been to.

We go to the case sale every 6 months and load up. Best deals ever. Then we visit the wine tasting room, which is very nice.

It is a cute place to visit and test and taste the different wines. they have great Syrah and Cab Sav. It is one of the better rated wines that you can have and at such an affordable price..

What a wonderful facility staffed with attentive people who really care about your experience. This winery is a refreshing, beautiful oasis in the high desert. We got to learn about the winemaking process, actually got to try wine straight out a barrel to learn more about French vs American oak, toasting qualities, other details of great wine-making. Fabulous experience!

... to avoid the crowds, and to find the gems off the beaten path. Columbia Crest Winery is a spectacular facility from a visual appeal aspect. We were traveling from the Oregon coast toward home in Idaho, and decided to travel north on 221 toward Richland and the Bookwalter winery. Columbia Crest was on the way so we stopped -... More

Columbia crest winery is a little off the beaten path in the horse haven hills AVA, but the quality of wines this mega vintner produces is wonderful. I've been drinking their wines for over 40 yeas and I am amazed at the great quality wines , both red and whites they produce. Super nice folks in the tasting room, what... More
