It's small, but it works as a spot to take the dog down for a quick walk, enjoy the smell of the water and look for any possible treasures the tide may have brought in.

Picnic on the beach, camp or hike the trails. Bring your Discover Pass or pay $10 to visit for the day. There is a nice loop trail that is about 1 mile long. You hike near cliffs overlooking the sound (watch for poison oak), go...More

When my kids where young we camped there often. Lots room for kids. It has space for larger gatherings, for family or office outing. You do need to make reservations, but if you plan ahead, there should be no problem.

This is a lovely little state park with a beautiful covered picnic building that was originally built for mine storage. There are other covered picnic shelters, plenty of tables, and some lovely trails.

We enjoyed our weekend here. Private spots lots of trees and bushes between spots. I wouldn't recommend huge motorhomes because of low hanging trees. Bathrooms clean. Uses 2 tokens for showers but took a while for hot water to come. We never found path to...More

Manchester state park was just beautiful, Picnic tables right near the water. They have a few trails you can hike as well. It has a campground if you want to stay the weekend.

There are 49 camping/RV spots. It's very nice to walk through it. It's not really scenic. But drive along beach drive on the water very scenic!

There is water where you empty your holding tank. This is the water source during the winter season. Other than that there are water spigots at various spots in the campground area- one for every 4 camp spots.
