State tax payers/student fees must fund this course in order to stay in operation. We played in June on a promo and paid $52 with a cart. We assumed we could get the same rate in July (our fault) We live in Coeurd Alene ID and the non resident fee was $100 which is excessive for the course. We asked... More

What an amazing course! Well designed and maintained. A little more challenging than my golf game could handle. The weather was rainy and cold but it did not detract from the beauty of this course. I want to get back in the summer when the wheat is golden. Wheat surrounds most of the course so it will be amazing. The... More

Had an unfortunate experience with a staff member on the course. He claimed we had fell behind to far and was going to pull us off the course. Told us there was a four hole gap between our threesome and the next group, so we jumped a whole and it turned out the next group was in the middle of... More

Golf trip to experience 9 courses in Washington and Idaho in 6 days! When I play a course, I always want to remember "that hole". Palouse offers many memorable holes. Challenging and scenic with fast, sharp greens. You won't be bored playing a round here! Nice quiet smooth golf carts. The Pro shop seems academic in nature caters little to... More

The design of the course reflects the Palouse landscape in several ways, mainly in the lack of trees and the gentle slopes. It is a relatively new facility, so it is still unclear whether trees and mature vegetation are in its future. In that regard the nine-hole course at Colfax might for many people be more attractive--just as it is... More

The course plays much harder than the slope and rating would lead you to believe, Perhaps if we played it again, we would do better with reading the putts.

This is my sixth time of playing this Golf course and well worth the five hour drive. Each hole is scenic and are just great and fun to play. The course is in great shape. A bonus is the restaurant which serves great meals.

Fun day on the golf course, it was a little windy but that couldn't be helped. The restaurant in the club house was awesome. I had wonton nachos... I will definitely have them again.

What a great value. We enjoyed the round. Guy in pro shop couldn't tell me if their Course Book was worth purchasing he said it depends on how you hit the ball! The font was so small I couldn't read it so I didn't purchase it. I would take a closer look at the book next time because there are... More

New to town on this date. Added a nice addition to the community with high quality food and service. Still has a great reputation after one year .
