in the middle of the downtown area? Easily walkable downtown with revitalization going on everywhere. Businesses actually stay open at night!

I had a great visit to Spokane. It had been years since I have visited. The walks they have are amazing and fun. The bridges going over the rivers are awesome.

I love Spokane. There are things I do there that are not replicable elsewhere. They now have twenty-two (22) wineries with most of them being in the heart of downtown. Barrister Winery is my favorite. Top quality wine and sales force from the top to...More

Our first impression of the section of downtown near the river that we walked through was that it seemed a bit sketchy. We spotted neglect, construction, and homeless people on the North side of the river near the Hotel RL.

So after we checked in to our hotel, we walked downtown. Our very first impression of Spokane was a man urinating on the sidewalk in broad daylight--are you kidding? There were some streets in the downtown area we avoided because of the homeless people gathered...More

The downtown area is not busy which seems a bit odd but we determined businesses have located out in the suburbs which is happening everywhere. The city is well maintained and there are some great places to eat.

We stayed downtown for a show at the Performing arts Centre. It was great to be able to enjoy the sunshine this past week and stroll along River Front Park. Lots of beautiful stores at Riverfront Mall and easy parking in the parkade

Coming from out of town, it was easy to get around in Spokane. Nice street layout with good signage. And clean! I love all the buildings that have been recycled into malls and other stores. Great town!

For the most part not to bad at night it slows down a lot so far I feel save walking around as a male alone. Lot of breweries on the edge of downtown doing a walk about visiting breweries

Shopping, restaurants, double waterfalls, parks, LARGE Radio Flyer Wagon w/slide. Easy to walk to many areas. Everything to enjoy in a close proximity.
