A buddy and I went to see the travelling exhibit: Pro Football's Grid Iron Glory. It is a travelling version of what you'd find in Canton, Ohio. They had a great mix of old and new uniforms, some history of the inclusion/exclusion of black players,...More

The Washington state history museum is one of a kind. You will be transported back to the very beginning of Washington state history. There are Native American villages, whole pioneer town streets, and shops to go in. I would recommend this museum to visitors of...More

We visited on a multi-museum pass. There are two large floors of State historical topics. The water system of dams and logging dominates the first floor. There is some negative stuff about the large government nuclear program. The second floor is curiously dominated by NFL...More

A very nice location with diorama's etc. Beautifully designed... Next door to Union Station in Tacoma. Multiple Floors, with easy handicapped access to all floors. This is a real must see if you are interested in Washington History.

Lots of hands-on exhibits that will keep kids entertained. Knowledgeable exhibits about Washington State history from the prehistoric to natives to pioneers to the modern era. Parking was a bit expensive, so take public transportation if you can.
