I've been coming here since before I was born, so, 60+ years. There have been many changes - the zoo is bigger, better, and more progressive in its care for the animals. The aquarium is terrific, and just keeps getting better. AND it's a bargain...More

Love this peaceful, serene place! Bring a picnic and enjoy the water and mountain views! Well worth the trip - and the zoo is close by, too!

Great park with a variety of flowers to view. Taking Pictures of the different gardens seem to be just like you'll see on a wall paper. Rose gardens are well protected and gated. Overall great park for a good walk with beautiful views.

This is a beautiful park with something for everyone! Hiking trails, gorgeous gardens and beach access. There is a very nice zoo too. We went in early July and the rose gardens and perennial gardens were in full bloom. Highly recommend a picnic there!

Should be nice, but although they are having a warm rain free summer, some rain any month is the norm, so check out the forecast on accuweather before you go so you are prepared.
