Kinda small and not too much to see. Could have so much more here because there's lots of unused space. Not very kid friendly. Guy at the front counter wasn't very nice or welcoming and told us our fee included free admission to the light...More

was the beautiful and amazing Fresnel lens. I looked at it from as many angles as I could and every angle was unique. The outdoor exhibits were interesting, the indoor not so much.

This museum houses a huge display outside of a whale bone. Also they have the very first lighthouse lense you can see up close. Very interesting.

This old Coast Guard Station houses some interesting pieces, the beautiful glass floats are incredible but the real gem in this place is the Fresnel Lens. Beautiful story for the asking. So go ahead and ask.

We loved the huge American flag out front. It only took about an hour for us to see everything. It's a short walk to shops and dining. Great history lesson.

Spent an hour at this museum and enjoyed it. Whale skeletons, Coast Guard memorabilia, interesting posters showing different types of clams and salmon. The highlight of the visit was seeing the lighthouse lens - absolutely gorgeous light show when turned on. Beautiful prisms beaming light...More
