Some neat history

For those who enjoy seeing historic buildings with attention to detail, visit the city council chambers. The detail in the woodworking is a reminder of days when quality mattered.

The Charleston City Hall is a classic granite tomb of a building, located near the Great Kanawha River. Personally, the only reason to visit here would be to conduct any business inside. Nothing special.
