We stop here often with out 3 year old son. He loves the hiking, and natural beauty. We always see deer and turkeys. We often stay in the cabins. They are rustic but fun to share with friends and family.

Visited Pipestem Park with another couple. I am from the area so was nice to show them around. Even though most of the activities went not open in March they were impressed. Planning on returning in the summer.

This park's infrastructure is worn, but kept clean and serviceable. Don't let that get in the way of enjoying this beautiful area of the country! It's well worth the trip. The lodge and restaurants close on October 30, so plan now for next year. Enjoy!

Maybe they can tell you about that at 304-466-1800. That is the place where they take reservation for concerts.
