We hiked a couple of miles worth of trails. The lake view trails didn't offer a ton of lake viewing. Trails were in good repair. I might be spoiled by the other parks in the care of Devil's Lake and even Rocky Arbor. I think...More

We go here almost every year with our church. The natural beauty makes this a park worth visiting often. It is clean, the lake is beautiful, the facilities are all clean. Many hiking trails.

I don't think you would enjoy Mirror Lake. It's too quiet, under-stated beauty, no dramatic views, a lake that doesn't allow boats that make a wake, no gift shop or restaurant, no loud boy scout troops, only takes an hour or so to canoe the...More

There are some lovely easy walks in this state park. I love the walk from the beach to the boat landing - and also the walk from Ishnalla to Echo Rock.

The color refection in the lake was so beautiful. When you are hiking in the trail, you just felt walking in a oil paining fall pictures. The lake was so clam and you can see miles away. What a beautiful place to visit in fall.
