This is a great hike to get your blood pumping. It's a beautiful walk to the woods, then you go up all these flights of stairs to the lookout tower. Try to go on a clear day so you can really see everything around.

This is a gorgeous park with great hiking trails. The difference than most southern Wisconsin trails is there is some pretty good hills and lots of up and down and fairly challenging hikes. Most of the trails are for cross country in the winter, but you can snowshoe on the Ice Age Trail.

The park offers great hiking and winter trails for all types of outdoor activities. There is a paved path by homestead parking that is great for stroller outings.

Learn the history of Lapham tower and discover nature in the surrounding area. The visitors center is a must.
