Quick Tour but Well Done

Enjoyed our visit to Sprecher. There is a quick tour followed by a tasting room with Root Beer and Pop for the kids and real Beer for the adults. Worth the stop.

My family of five (3 teens) stopped here as we were in Milwaukee for other purposes and were looking to fill holes in our schedule. The tour is short and there really isn't much to see. Sprecher has an interesting story and the people will be happy to discuss beer and soft drink production with you. The admission fee covers... More

The tour was slightly informative. The group was so large you couldn't hear anything. The beer was below average - the soda was better. They tapped the beer in to the same glass you just drank out of which I assume would cross contaminate every persons germs. I wonder if that goes against a health standard. I would go to... More

Great tour. Andrew was full of information and even apologized for his jokes (that weren't actually that bad), he gave a ton of information on the brewing process and Sprecher history. The tour costs $8 but comes with 4 sample drinks of a choice of about 30 brews they have on tap (plus all their sodas are free tastings). Well... More

Before the tour we were able to start tasting. We were given a wristband with 4 sample tabs. The samples included beer samples only. Soda samples were unlimited. The tour gave some history of Sprecher and we saw the fermentation tanks along with the bottling assembly line. After the tour, the tasting continued. The beer tent they had inside was... More

Two adults and one minor took the tour. The guides are funny and knowledgeable and they are smart enough to know that the crowd is really there to get to the indoor beer garden to sample 4 Sprecher beers. The microbrew process is interesting too, some cool science in there. The $4 for kids and $6 for adults tour is... More

The tour is a fun if not typical brewery tour but the samples after are great. Overall a great way to spend a couple of hours.

Tour and samples in the tasting room. Gourmet sodas and great local beers. Proud that Sprecher is located in our hometown.

This place was one of the most fun activities I did in Milwaukee! For only $6 we got a short tour of the brewery and multiple samples of their 20+ beers on tap. The staff was very friendly and Elliott was the best tour guide! They had a large variety of their own beers on tap, and even my non-beer... More

You just see some tanks. No production going on. People go for the beer samples, I guess. Tour starts and ends in gift shop, so that tells you what you need to know. We didn't care for our samples, but the pop is great!
