Lakeshore State Park contributes to the quality of life of downtown dwellers and visitors, with its prarie, bike/walking trails, city views and lakeside location. The vegetation supports new bird life. What an incredible contrast to the urban scape surrounding it.

This small park along Lake Michigan is next to Summeriest grounds, just south of the Milwaukee Art Museum. You can easily walk or bike around and see wildlife and natural landscaping.

it's a good place for people have leisure time to go there, you can have a leisure walk, there is a small river inside the park, you can ride bike along the trail, it also has some boat or bike for rental in summer time.

This is often my first stop in Milwaukee. I unload my bicycle, pedal from the car to the lakeshore, and enjoy the scenery and wave action. Riding a few miles, at a slow pace when there are walkers on the trail, is a painless way...More

It is a nice, small park with awesome views of the city and lake front. I enjoy the scenic walk. It is a land filled island and they have done wonders with the landscape.
