This is a great natural history museum; unfortunately, we had just been to the Field Museum in Chicago a month earlier, and so the Milwaukee Public Museum paled in comparison. The Weapons special exhibit was very nice, and the Dome Theatre (planetarium and movie) was...More

This is an amazing museum. It’s big and has plenty of things to do. You could spend the whole day here. Lots of unique exhibits. Fun for all ages.

Spent about 5 hours and still didn’t see everything. This is a fabulous museum. One of the best I’ve ever visited. Interesting dioramas, neat butterfly interactive exhibit, so many interesting things to see. Great for kids and adults.

Visited with my 11 year old niece and 13 year old nephew. Both of them enjoyed the museum very much as did my sister and I. Interesting exhibits even if, like us, you’ve visited a lot of other natural history museums. Inclusion of the butterfly...More

We have been here several times over the years and always my favorite will be the old time streets. That is the best fun to walk along and look into the shops and homes. The butterflies are also spectacular. A must see for people of...More
