We visited this church on a Monday. While the church interior was closed, we could drive right up to the church and examine the architecture from outside. Really easy to do.

Worth a visit. The Greek Orthadox service is unique, so you might want to go during a Sunday morning service to get the full effect as Wright intended.

This place is absolutely beautiful. I grew up right around the corner, and it's always amazing to go in and see the beautiful masterpiece.

This building was not accessible for interior tour. The outside needs some care and attention. I hope that the church will give the exterior some love and attention it SO DESERVES!

Beautiful church utilizing the "spaceship" forms Wright employed in the 1950s. Our tour guide Cathy was fabulous at giving us the background of the Orthodox faith, the history of the Church's construction, and how Wright incorporated Church symbolism into his design. As a life-long parishioner,...More

One of Wright's last designs (1955-61), this is half hour west of downtown. Tours available by appointment, but interior also can be seen on Sunday morning during services (8-10), if you're respectful.

This church is nearly unbelievable. Every detail of its creation is astonishing and the tours are absolutely fascinating. I spent hours photographing the building after the tour.

Visited w/family during Door Open Milwaukee. The architecture is beautiful, but definitely recommend a tour if possible to get full explanation of the intricacies of the building. Much of the structure is reminiscent of something from "Lost In Space".
