OK, to be fair, I went to Marquette. So did my wife and my 2 daughters. And my brother. And many of my best friends. Why did we all go there? In large part because of the commitment to education, family, faith and community instilled by the Jesuits (and because we did not get into Harvard or Stanford). You can... More

Started off parking in the garage which is easy to find the hall to enter for a tour. Awesome greeting team when you first arrive. A room set up for information session about the college. Then a walking tour with a guide to explain all that there is on the college. Would say great set up with education area on... More

We have had two (of 4) children attend, one graduating this spring. It is a very big school with a great reputation, but not cheap at all, as it is a private college. The only dental school in WI, they have a great physical therapy, engineering, and law program. I believe the psych program is good, as is the communications,... More

Since the campus is nestled in the city, it is easy to walk from one building to another. in fact we passed by several university buildings and students as we walked from the Pabst mansion to the St. Joan of Arc Chapel .

We had some down time so we walked by the Pabst mansion, grabbed some sandwiches, and ate on the steps of a Marquette building. People walked by and said hi. My 14 year old son said, I like the ivy on the buildings. This looks like people who go here are happy. I had to agree.

This is a beautiful campus almost like a city within a city. We were doin a college visit and liked it a lot. Maybe our son will go there for a fine Jesuit education.

Our son is in his 3rd year at Marquette and loved it from year 1. He loves the campus in the city and the classes are challenging. He is active in 2 clubs, I highly recommend joining a club/activity. Marquette has good parent communications so we are well informed and updated. He walks or rides the bus when he is... More

Amazing how time stops when you walk around and your mind sees things the way you saw them, or more so the way you felt them, decades earlier. Marquette has become a beautiful campus, but like other universities, what price the green spaces pay to have additional buildings constructed in the name of higher education. Till, I am impressed that... More
