Beautiful course and reasonably priced. We played the Lakes course and it was great. Nice pro shop and club house. The greens were in awesome shape. Great beer cart girl! Cant wait to play the Pines course next.

My husband and I golfed 2 separate days -- did the Lake course on a Saturday and the Pines the following Monday. Saturday was a busy day -- a large group were golfing right behind us but we stayed ahead of them with no issues. A "Starter" was at the 1st hole explaining the rules, the color of the greens... We spent three nights in the Lodges at Arrowhead and had the opportunity to play both the Pines and Lakes courses during our stay. The courses were in great shape and the variety of terrain made for a very enjoyable golf outing for our four couples. Highly recommend as a destination location for any golf getaway.

They have two completely different courses both beautiful and challeging. The Pines is my favorite with huge fairways, the trouble is bunkers bunkers bunkers everywhere near the greens and fast difficult greens.Lakes is more serene, very tight and NOT a bombers course.they both are championship courses and hold many tournaments and have numerous tees for all levels.

As a Level 5 Contributor I take pride and great care in my reviews: How could a 75 degree day, low humidity, a beautiful course, good green fees, the course was in great shape, no wind....be one of the worst golfing experiences in my life? It was. The starter/marshall Bill didn't seem too worried about a 4-some in front of... More

Lake Arrowhead has two courses, both of which are attractive and challenging. However, the Pines course is the one that all of the golfers I know describe as their favorite. The course winds through a pine forest and combines links elements with water, hills and well-kept greens. The course is very well maintained and the greens fees are very reasonable.... More

Lake Arrowhead is located south of Wisconsin Rapids in a quiet, forested location. It's modest clubhouse does not suggest what you will find inside- excellent food and drinks, along with small town friendly service. The golf course (I prefer the original course) is interesting, well-designed and challenging. There are more than ample traps and beautifully maintained greens. On much of... More

I am no longer able to play golf, but Arrowhead is a must go for Dinner anytime I am in the area, we had our WTA banquet there in 2013, dinner and décor were fantastic. I've been there a half dozen times for dinner and each time was a Gourmet's delight, always a tasty special on the menu to amaze... More
