It is a nice park to spend a half a day at . It is near a lake. There is a free zoo there too. The zoo gift shop is nice too.

we missed the wolves and cougar at the Zoo, since it was hot. the animals were warm and bored. menominee park overall is spacious, clean and relaxing. great area to relax at

Along with lakeside park we went here too. I prefer this one over the FDL lakeside. The zoo is good for kids, lots of ways to walk. Beautiful day

Love taking the grandkids to the kids play area there...They LOVE it. The whole park is beautiful and well maintained. Always something going on there. The grandkids love going on the little train ride too. Only 1.25 per person. The Zoo was free this year...More

Going through the park and seeing all the activities like rib fest and kids playground , sand beach , and zoo. Great family getaway on a night or weekend, sidewalks for getting you around the complete complex.

I think its because people tended to leave their garbage laying around and the seagull and duck population was just getting out of hand. Many families enjoy a picnic and bring their own portable grill. The parks dept... More
