Loved the humorous timely production in comfortable amphitheater seats. Wonderfully talented actors! They provided bug spray and paper towels to wipe rain off the seats. A shuttle brought us up to the entrance and back to the parking lot.

Wonderful show and experience in an outdoor theater. Dinner at local supper club , Arthur’s, then a wonderful ride over the river to APT!

We saw "A View From the Bridge." It was outstanding! It was a professional theater experience in a small town and a small venue. My 19 year old son and I both LOVED it!

Since last season APT has completely remodeled the outdoor stage and it shows. There is no better place to enjoy pre-theater dining and a show outdoors than in the hills of Iowa county near Spring Green. The outdoor "lobby" area has also been improved. The...More

We saw this play at the inside theatre. Good thing as it was very hot(90+) This Genet play is typical of his plays. Well done but very stressful. A good play if you like drama. Not if you're looking for humor.

My wife managed a thousand seat performing arts theatre, and would comment when asked: "I've seen more bad theatre than you have." This, at APT, is outstanding theatre! Arthur Miller tends to write "dark" plays, so we were prepared for a reserved evening. "A view...More

We have been enjoying outstanding performances at APT for years. The recent remodels have upgraded the experience. A wonderful environment if the weather is favorable. Great talent is evident in every performance.

I've seen 70 plays at American Players Theater (APT) since 1994. That should tell you something. Out of the 70, all were great productions (only one was a weak play, in my opinion, but others may have a different view). I attend lots of live...More
