This was such a fun place to eat and the gift shop was great. Lot of fun samples including wines. Was a fun stop.

The food and service were excellent. I had the chicken pot pie and loved it! The only thing is, I think they should pave their parking lot. It was a wet day, and the lot was somewhat muddy.

Terrible fruit flies..a swarm at the breakfast bar. There must have been a swarm of 60. Management did nothing. It looked like the salad bar had not been touched in at least 3 days. It was just gross!i wish I would've thought to take a picture.

We have been to Apple Holler multiple times for their restaurant. We love it. Beyond the restaurant is there children's area. Which you have to pay to get in. I didn't mind so much. However a couple of their children's activities were not open. (Bounce house). What was available was well worn and need of some desperate up keep. The... More

I've passed by Apple Holler many times over the years and always wanted to check it out. This past week, I finally stopped while traveling with my parents, sister and my four children. The restaurant menu is huge. The food was decent and it seemed like most of it was made from scratch. The interior of the restaurant and store... More

The activities for kids are fun and there's plenty to do, especially if you have younger children. However I will not apple pick here again. We did once and were shocked at their outrageous prices. $20 per person for a small bag of apples. $40 for a couple to pick apples? No thanks. There are plenty of other places close... More

We stopped at Apple Holler on our way back to Chicago to take part in an American tradition that we've enjoyed since childhood: Apple picking. We found Apple Holler to be heavily commercial and stuffy! Pay $20 per person for a tiny bag of apples (~10 apples)? Not us! Or pay the $8 "park" entrance fee and watch pigs race... More
