Great camp site if you are looking to get away from it all. We stayed here three nights, enjoyed the trails around the park, the thunderstorms over the lake and a visit into Two Rivers. Camp sites are large and the people friendly. Mixture of...More

Awesome place to ride your bike through scenic woods. Go to Two Rivers for lunch and then back through the park. Favorite bike trail bar none.

The park has many trails and a good place to go hunting. Beach is nice also, but water is cold most of the year.

Lots of fun to be had here. What a beautiful tranquil location. No phone service, so come ready to entertain yourself. Bring your bikes, bring a picnic, bring your beach gear.....Is there snow, bring skis, bring sleds, bring your snow shoes....dress warm.

This is a great place to bring the family. The beaches are big and clean. The bike trails are long and not very crowded and the lighthouse is unique.

This park is a lovely place for a beach stroll, especially if you're longing for the ocean -- it's the Midwest's closest thing. Quiet, great amenities, beautiful trails.

The fall colors were at their peak when we visited. Marked trails are easily navigated. The beach was beautiful and windswept. Not many people so it felt like we had the entire forest to ourselves. Just lovely!

Are there picnic tables available. I want to go with the family for a day and don't plan on camping out for the night.

Yes there is. Plus bathroom also by entrance to beach area. There's a picnic table to left upon enterng area and if you want closer to water I saw one up on a small dune by water.
