The deer Park is always amazing! This time it wasn't as good, about 15 deer was all, almost 75 deer were laying in the grass and wouldn't come up to you, it's usually deer EVERYWHERE!

Spent about $60 for 4 people and we were in and out in about an hour. Petting deer is cool, but honestly no different than goats except a bit more skittish. They needed a guide or someone out explaining the different types of deer, taking...More

The kids love feeding the deer, but I think it is overpriced for a family of four. I think it cost us $50.00 for less than an hour.

Our family enjoyed the Deer Park. It was fun to be in close contact with the wildlife and be able to feed them. We didn't see a place to wash our hands, so hand sanitizer is recommended. Lots of great picture ops and a nice...More

We came in on a Tuesday afternoon. It had rained all morning, pretty heavy, and the park was still pretty soaked. The deer will come right up to you, but noisy other park goers will scare them away, which is kind of annoying. There are...More

We arrived on a mild June day at about 1PM and were disappointed because the deer weren't very active. Most of the whitetails were all congregated in a centralized covered area where they have some hay as bedding for them. I asked one of the...More

Had a great time feeding the deer. They also have goats and other animals too. The deer will walk up to you and let you feed them. I felt it is kind of on the expensive side for my taste, but it was a fun...More

We enjoyed walking through this deer park. They have quite a few deer, and they are not shy about coming for the food you can buy. We went mid-day and maybe they were full but in a few of the areas they were laying in...More

We went early afternoon in June. The deer in the first half couldn't care less that we were there, didn't eat the food, and had several ticks on them that we had to watch out for. After the back gate, we got to a bunch...More

Does the park remain open for visitors if it rains? Just curious.

Yes, we remain open as long as we can in rain. Thunder and lightning, or high winds may impact this, but in general the deer don't mind a little rain :-)

^^^ Agree, about two hours. You can stay as long as you want though. If the weather is really nice when you go, the deer will be more active than when it's really hot.

can you use a car and drive through the park?

No. There are wide, paved paths through the park that are easy to run a wheelchair on if you aren't able to walk.
