What a great rodeo

We paid for the reserved seats under the awning and it was worth it, since it rained during the rodeo. These guys put on a good show.

County Fair atmosphere. Long lines so buy tickets in advance and do roll especially if you have kids. Street parking around the corner near SnowKing is a good bet. Bring cash as the vendors inside take cash. It can get cold at night once the sun goes down; bring jacket or light blanket. Sunglasses can help from the lights.

We had so much fun at the rodeo. We were there for the last show of the season, and there was a good crowd. The refreshments were good and reasonably priced under the circumstances. If you have a chance to go to the rodeo, definitely check it out!

While our husbands were experiencing whitewater rafting my friend and I took the bus to browse in town and do some shopping again but when we drove by the rodeo we got off at the next stop and took the next bus back to the rodeo. It was a great way to spend the afternoon and we had a really... More

Loved the evening at the rodeo! Rode the city bus to venue (free), grandson rode the mechanical bull (slight charge), and we enjoyed the rodeo. Kids are invited in to try their skills with tame animals that run fast :) (We visited in July 2013)

From the northeast, coming out west is always a different experience, and the rodeo was one like no other. I originally thought I would dislike it, but it wound up being one of my favorite parts of my trip. The crowd was a mix of families, adults, teenagers, and groups of children- suited for anyone. Most people were dressed in... More

Our first rodeo and it was the last of the season, packed with family fun and good times! Gotta go. I loved the barrel racing.

My wife and I did the behind the scenes experience and thoroughly enjoyed it – two very knowledgeable and experienced gentlemen introduced us to some of the riders, showed us the equipment and explained how it was used. They then stayed with us the rest of the evening showing what to watch for and answering questions. The locals do this... More

Lovely horses and skilful riding, bizarre to see small children riding mini bulls, got cold, take a coat!
