The Jackson Hole Museum is an educational alternative to high priced shopping in Jackson WY. Well worth the nominal admission fee, it will give you a much greater appreciation for frontier and Native American life in this part of Wyoming. I especially enjoyed the Native...More

A great little museum detailing the history of homesteading, ranching mining etc in Jackson, your entrance fee also gains you access to the nearby native Indian museum which very interesting. An hour in each will be sufficient.

This museum contains enough history and historical items to keep you interested plus there is a very nice gift shop.

This is a small museum but very cool to see. It is very inexpensive and right now once the admission is paid it is good for the Indian Museum in town as well. Lots of great history to learn about

Kind of a lame attempt at a museum but still semi-interesting. At least your admission is also good at the slightly more interesting Indian museum a few blocks away. So, two for the price of one.

Informative and interesting information and displays. It is very small but has a lot of stuff to see for considering the size of the space. The location is really convenient for seeing the rest of the town. Nice place to learn more about the area,...More

Travel to the time when the West was wild and the cowboys and others ruthlessly slaughtered the American Bison. The images displayed will stay with you for a lifetime. The story of Jackson Hole and how it was named is also on display.
