Come & see lava up close & personal with experienced hawaii volcanologist! Aloha! Mahalo for choosing ‘ahiu hawaii for your real lava adventure!! We have two different tour times. One at 9:00am and the other at 4:00pm. The price is $137 per person, which we provide a backpack, snacks, water, headlamps, backup headlamps, gloves and also a stick to walk with but also to interact with the lava! We hope you care about your safety. Cause your safety is our #1 priority! Our tour groups are small which we never book no more than 10people per tour guide for safety and personalism. Plus all of our guides know what's going on about the lava and will safely get you there! The hike distance to the lava changes from day to day.

Aloha! We apologize for the mix up regarding your lava adventure. We always try to encourage everyone to do the 2pm tour because lava is beautiful to see at that time. The reason for the multiple messages is due to the time of your adventure....More

We picked a misty morning so our view of the lava flow wasn't what we were hoping for but the cooler air and the occasional showers were a welcome for the ride. The backpack with water and granola they provided was a very welcomed component!

Wow. Truly an experience I will never forget. Our guide took us right up to the lava - we poked a stick at, saw the red molten river, and experienced the intense heat. It's not easy - my wife and I traveled with out 10...More

The "A" team at Ahiu Hawaii was great! Terrific bikes and service. The ride was fun and seeing the lava flow was cool. Feel like you're at the end of the earth in a Mad Max movie! Do it!

If you want a great lava experience inside Volcanos National Park, Ahui is place to visit. Our guide Matt was friendly and knowledgeable. We got to bike right into the national park and then a short hike later we were 15 feet from flowing lava.
