This is a wonderful spot to simply get out and stroll. Lovely Japanese garden and right on the Bay. Very relaxing.

Grab a lunch and enjoy the views!!! Comfortable place to have breakfast/ lunch. Quiet and open where you can have some 'quiet' time on a random day.

This is so serene and peaceful. Lots of activity later in the day. There are also some resident cats that hang out hunting for birds. Nice paths to run or walk.

We did this drive thru as part of a tour. It may be better to have come independantly and walk thru if you have a high interest is gardens. It was a nice garden from what I could see, named for the last Hawaiian queen.

Great park for strolling. If you are staying on Banyan Drive this is the place for your morning walk. So pretty with awesome views. You might get lucky and see a wedding on one of the bridges. Seems the Friends of Liliokulani Park are doing...More

it's a great place in the center on city, right on the Hilo bay. you may walk around, or just sit and enjoy all this beauty around you, or you may have some picnic with fresh ahi poke from Suisan market nearby.

Not a good idea as it does not have adequate lighting in the evening and you could turn an ankle as the surface is uneven.
