Bring your walking legs for golfing up and down the hills. There are a lot of unique shots of varying elevations and directions. The historic golf course dates back to the 1920s, with a great deal ($15) and friendly golfers. The course mixes a regular 9-hole course with a 9-hole, par-3 course, allowing golfers to choose which way to play.... More

Went to Hawaii to vacation and visit family and met up with my cousin's husband and dad to play a round here at HCC. Had a great time. This is a small, 1920's course design that criss-crosses tee boxes and greens that was VERY interesting to say the least. You walk the course which is steep and a great workout.... More

This is the place for golfers visiting the "Big Island" (Hawaii), who want a break from the pretense and prices of "resort golf". Turns out that this old course (built in 1928) with its small greens and shaggy fairways is both a legitimate challenge and pleasure to play. You can stop by for a $2 beer ($3 for an import)...
