Fabienne took us to see the lava and it was incredibly beautiful. She properly guided us safely there BB and back. We could not have done it without her. It was the highlight of our vacation. She was the best guide ever. The best accomodation...More

If I could give 0 stars here, I would. This experience was supposed to be the highlight of our trip, and it was probably the worst experience I had. Fabienne seriously needs to reconsider her level of professionality. First off, she brought her Australian boyfriend...More

I broke my leg on 04/06/18 when I took the "Sunset Lava Hike" which was a distance of over 13 miles and nearly 8 hours. I broke my fibula on a fall I took at about mile 10. I was required to hobble for 3...More

Fabienne really knows the volcanos and is passionate about them. We truly loved the tour and would venture out with her again if we go back. She makes an effort to bring her groups far away from other hiking groups. This is appreciated more after...More

We had a great hike with our guide Fabianne to view lava flows up close. Fabianne (photo below) kept us safe while getting us right into the heat coming of the red hot lava. I will never forget this experience.
