This was our second experience, first time we were childless, to time we had our two little ones. I remember our first experience being slightly better food wise, however the drinks were nice and strong LOL. Definitely recommend this place for people who are visiting Hawaii for the first time. Our kids loved the performances the best.

Food was better than expected...lots of selection...the BBQ brisket was good. Entertainment was average for a Luau. Drinks were good. Service was also good.

I've been to many and this one was average. The food was average. Pork was very dry. Food doesn't taste freshly made. I was very disappointed, hoped for better kalua pig. The show was average. Nothing special. There are better, less expensive options. This was suggested by the Hilton, of course. I would not recommend this one. The only pro... More

We had been to luau on the island of Maui and thought we would do this one since it was at our resort. First of all don't pay for the upgrade. Everyone gets unlimited drinks and food. The upgrade gets you servers who bring you drinks when most of the time there was no line at the bar. There was... More

We received the luau tickets at no charge as part of our hotel package, so the price was definitely not an issue. We enjoyed it. The food was good, the entertainment good and the drinks were ok. We really liked the kalua pork. The fire dancer was great as well. Neither of us like sweet tropical drinks, so we just... More

Of everything the Waikoloa Village has to offer, this is by far the worst experience. We paid for the upgrade in order to have a server and get to the food first, which was completely useless. Our server ran around aimlessly, constantly bringing the wrong drinks to everyone at our table. They only offer a few select drinks and beers,... More

Paid for upgrade to have drink service. Sat for 45 mins before she even took our order then she didnt return for another 20 mins. By that time we had gotten our own drinks. Food was decent. Show started off with a "fashion show" where they just tried to sale you (men and women) one of those wear it 9... More

We splurged and spent the money wanting a good luau for the kids. There were some good parts and some bad parts. Good... The host and dancers were quite good. We really enjoyed the fire dancers. Not good... Two in our party had severe nut allergies. Dinner had everything clearly marked and there as enough choices that there were options.... More

This was our first experience of a luau and we upgraded our tickets to include unlimited drinks alongside the delicious food. Upon entry to the luau (which is located right inside the Hilton Waikoloa), we received a fresh lei and had our picture taken to commemorate the evening. We were seated at long tables, allowing us to meet other guests... More
