Our first time to the big island and this resort did not disappoint. The adults only pool is absolutely outstanding! Staff was exceptional.

Lovely resort aesthetically and comfortable beds and rooms. Clean. Food is way way to expensive even for a resort. The food is also terrible. We sent ours back x3 to Mexican restaurant... Pizza is $50>.... And nice but not worth the cost. I would suggest getting shuttle everyday and meal to queens market place where food is tasty, more variety... More

I choose to stay in the Palace Tower since it and the big pool slides were undergoing renovations my last trip there. Still a long walk to room, like the Ocean Tower which will soon be undergoing renovations, but I enjoyed that tower better. Hilton retains it's staff as Timmy and other bartenders by the pool I remembered from my... More

I've never been to Hawaii before this trip, so I'd heard about how expensive it was BUT had never seen it with my own eyes. We were here as Hilton vacation club guests, so our rate was discounted. I'm not sure the normal room rate. We stayed in the lagoon tower, as it was recommended due to its proximity to... More

We stayed for nine days in 11F. It is really as nice as can be. Well located, beautifully furnished and amazingly well built to begin with. The whole Beach Resort is nice - decent beach, easy access. The Big Island is so easily accessible that in two weeks we were able to do so many things - hike, scuba, sightsee,... More

First of all, I love this location, the lagoon and all. When you first see it, it's a wow! Pricey on the restaurants, but again, you're in a resort. The pools to the settings are lovely. Plenty of activities to participate in. Some pay and some free. Our tower and room was the noisiest section of the resort. The birds... More

Spent a week at this hotel. The staff very so friendly and helpful. There were some questions about charges and it was handled quickly and nicely. Very clean, updated, quiet. Beautiful.

This is overwhelming at first. It is a sprawling area with a water taxi or tram to take you around. After waiting for each, there is more waiting for each stop. We found it easier to walk and logged six miles in each day without leaving the resort. The kids loved the lagoon and snorkeling with a turtle. The pool... More
