We visited Stevensons's Library on a cold, extremely windy night in Poipu. The Library is a beautiful library-like space at the Hyatt with dark wood paneling and a center koa wood bar. We were seated outside initially but as it got dark the wind and cold drove us inside. We had drinks, wine, and we started with the lobster dynamite... More

We are staying at the Hyatt and thought sushi sounded good, and the reviews seemed pretty good so we chose Stevenson's. I was going to give this a 2 star rating, but my husband said 3 because the ambiance is great, and the presentation of food was great as well. We both started with miso soup. I thought it tasted... We were staying next to the Hyatt so we walked over after diner for a drink. The bar has a good selection of cocktails, beers and wine to satisfy all your needs, and a full menu available if you want a meal. The view is great and the staff are professional and attentive.

Very nice, low key, place for evening cocktails and aps. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a week and met up with some friends after the Luau for a night cap. Bartenders were great, atmosphere was nice for conversation, met some great locals from Kauai that pointed out some treasures to visit. Overall the experience was great !!

The atmosphere was ok. The Hyatt is absolutely beautiful, but it's hard to justify spending $17- $20 for cocktails.

The Hyatt is a great piece of real estate and we like going for a walk and eating lunch or dinner there. Stevenson's always looked very good as we walked by, so we tried it for dinner. The location and look of the place raises expectations for excellent dining. There's not much outdoor seating and we had to sit inside.... More

My wife and I were staying at the Grand Hyatt and wanted to grab a drink without having to leave the hotel. The place was complete packed, but eventually we got a seat and even played pool. The drink were expensive but decent. The atmosphere was nice but nothing spectacular.

Couldn't get a reservation last minute on a Saturday night but enjoyed a wonderful meal in the bar. Great atmosphere and outstanding sushi. Unique cocktails.

We decided to celebrate our anniversary here with dinner. They gave us a table outside that overlooked the water. Our reservation was at 8 so unfortunately the sun had already set so I recommend coming here at 6:30 or 7. We started with a martini since they have a signature cocktail list. The lemon gingertini was delicious albeit small. We... More

As a local Kauai resident, we have lots of places to pick from. It's been almost twenty years since we visited Stevenson's Library. Stopped in for a drink before my wife's birthday dinner. Our bartender (Faye) was amazing! She was welcoming and warm. Thank you Faye for your company. We'll be back again and hope to see you again. HIGHLY... More
